The Company's Board of Directors consists of:
1. NONTIGORN KANCHANACHITRA, Independent Director / Chairman of The Board of Directors
Mr Kanchanachitra is director serving the Boards of Krung Thai Bank Public Co., Ltd., Industrial Estate Authority of Thailand (IEAT), Council of Rattana Bundit Univerisity and Council of State. He was the former Secretaries-General of the Office of the Civil Service Commission.
2. KELVIN KOH YEW HOCK, Director / Chief Executive Officer
​Mr Koh is the co-founder and chief executive officer of SISB Co. Ltd. Mr Koh was educated in Singapore and has been based in Thailand since 1992. He holds an executive MBA Degree from Sasin, Graduate Institute of Business Administration of Chulalongkorn University, Thailand and a diploma in mechanical engineering from Ngee Ann Polytechnic, Singapore. He speaks fluent English, Chinese and Thai.
3. WILAWAN KAEWKANOKVIJIT, Director
Ms Kaewkanokvijit is the co-founder and admissions director of Singapore International School of Bangkok. Overseeing the admissions department of the school, Ms Kaewkanokvijit spearheads all student enrolment matters and serves as the key liaison for the school with the parents and students. Ms Kaewkanokvijit is a trained accountant and holds a diploma in accounting from Rajamangala University of Technology, Thailand.
4. MEECHAI PRASERTSRI, Director
Mr Prasertsri has been the lending officer and assistant credit manager for Bangkok Bank Public Co., Ltd. as well as the credit manager for Siam City Bank Public Co., Ltd. He was also the previous CFO for SISB Co., Ltd.
5. CHATRAPEE TANTIXALERM, Independent Director / Chairman of The Audit Committee
Mr Tantixalerm is CEO of Talis Asset Management Co., Ltd. He currently serves as the Director and Chairman of Audit Committee of TSFC Securities Public Company Limited and the Chairman of Univentures REIT Management Co., Ltd. He holds a B.Sc. from University of Wisconsin Madison and an M.B.A in Finance from Graduate Institute of Business Administration of Chulalongkorn University.
6. TRITHIP SIVAKRISKUL, Independent Director / Audit Committee
Ms Sivakriskul is Chief Financial Officer of Ekchai Distribution System Co., Ltd. (Tesco Lotus) and primarily responsible for managing the financial risks of the corporation. She was formerly CFO of Minor International Plc. She has experience in investment banking business including advisory services such as corporate restructuring, corporate reorganisation, fundraising, and merger and acquisitions.
7. PRASITCHAI KRITSANAYUNYONG, Independent Director / Audit Committee
Mr Kritsanayunyong is president and CEO of Casa Longa (Thailand) Co. Ltd. He previously served as executive vice president and CFO for TT&T Public Company Limited, director for Triple T Broadband Co., Ltd. (3BB), director and audit committee for the Thai Listed Companies Association (TLCA).
Sumitra Songphatanayothin is Company Secretary.
